4-Axis Machining

LSM owns a variety of 4-axis CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers. This equipment holds tight tolerances between features located on different sides of the part as we can machine many faces in a single setup. 5-Axis Machining

When 4-axis isn’t quite enough we offer full 5-axis CNC machining. By adding a 5th axis we are not only able to machine features on multiple sides of your part in a single setup but are able to machine features that are on a compound angle to each other. By machining these features in a single setup the critical dimensions between features can be held to tight tolerances.
